How Coaching Works

How many coaching sessions will I need?

Is progress measured?
Progress is measured through changes in mindset and behaviour, improved performance, achievement of goals and the client's sense of satisfaction. Each session includes a check-in to assess how the client is progressing, so that any adjustments can be made to help the client remain on track towards their goals.
Can coaching be done online?
Yes, absolutely. Coaching can be effectively conducted online or in person. I offer both to allow for flexibility and accessibility for clients anywhere in the world.
